Do you take customs? Will you make a custom toy in the colors I want, or the design I have in mind?
Customs are not currently open to the public. In the future we may open very limited "guided surprise" type customs (please do not ask us about this), but we will never accept requests to make a custom model or 3D commission as each design is a monumental amount of work to bring to reality.
The shop looks pretty empty, when will there be more of the model I want?
Sometimes we sell out of stock unexpectedly fast! Keep an eye on our Twitter for specific restock dates and times!
What do the firmnesses in the store mean?
Soft is Shore 00-30 silicone.
This material is very sturdy (it isn't going to tear unless you're really trying or abusing the toy) but very forgiving,
and reminiscent of gummy bears. You will not feel many details in this material during use.
Regular is Shore 00-50 silicone.
We consider this material closer to a 'relaxed muscle'. Still a bit of give and flexible, but a bit stronger than soft. Fine details feel somewhat like the edges of a twizzler.
For many people this is a perfect negotiation between wanting a soft toy and still feeling the sculpt.

Items ship in a simple brown box.
When do you ship?
We typically ship stock around the following week. Note: if you place an order over the weekend, it may need to wait until the following weekend if it missed the shipment!

Yes, with some limitations. Please see our Shipping Policy for details.
What are these little extra things in the store? Crab Stickers? Moths? What?
When we have extra mixed silicone after making toys, it will go into making Wee Weenies or little squishable desk friends. These aren't meant for internal use but if you sterilize them (see caresheet), many people like to stick them to glossy surfaces, use them as a stress ball, desk toy, or chew on them. Or they just love collecting them! We also have plenty of small accessories we're designing, from sticker packs in the shop to pins, and so forth!

Please contact us ASAP! Be prepared to provide photos of the issue, and do not open the sealed plastic bag.
